PARTICIPATION
The Rogue Performance Festival 2004 is an open, non-juried, festival. The Rogue is committed to an artist’s right to produce work without the judgment of a jury process and without fear of censure. The only constraints on material or content are the consideration of the health and safety of all those involved, including staff, artists, volunteers and audiences. As an applicant you are given the choice of two different gallery categories within which to participate, each with a separate application process:

TYPES OF GALLERY APPLICATIONS
ROGUE GALLERY APPLICATION

Successful ROGUE GALLERY applicants are assigned to a participating gallery

**OR**

BYOG (BRING YOUR OWN GALLERY) APPLICATION
Successful BYOG applicants secure their own exhibition space and determine the number of artists exhibiting.

(For more information see below)

ELIGIBILITY
Any artist is eligible to apply to either category but only ONE application can be submitted per artist. All applications will be accepted on a first received first accepted process, and must be received before December 30th, 2004
. If an artist is not accepted into the Rogue Gallery category, they may apply as a BYOG artist prior to the January 5th deadline.

All applications must have an artist’s name, primary and secondary contact. If an artist has been found submitting more than one application, ALL applications submitted by that artist will be removed from the application process. The primary and secondary contacts of an artist cannot be the contacts for a second company applying to The Rogue Gallery.

Artists in the Festival may not sell or transfer their spot to another artist. If we find that an artist has sold or transferred their place to a second person, both companies will be removed from The Rogue Performance Festival and will forfeit their application fees.
