ELECTRIC ROGUE applications and information will be announced on this page in December, 2003.
ELIGIBILITY
Any individual or company is eligible to apply to either category but only
ONE application can be submitted per individual/company. All applications
will be accepted on a first received first accepted process,
and must be received before the deadline. If a company or performer is not
accepted into a Mainstage or Cafe Venue category they may
apply as a BYOV performer prior to the December 5th
deadline.
Types of Rogue Venue Applications
MAINSTAGE
Successful Mainstage Venue applicants will be scheduled at a Rogue Mainstage venue in the heart of Fresno’s Tower District. A Mainstage venue can seat over 100 audience members and performances are limited to 60 minutes. A Mainstage venue can accommodate performances such as one-act plays, minor musicals, dance/movement, musical acts, cabaret, magic shows, etc.
MAINSTAGE APPLICATION FEE $190
NON- REFUNDABLE PROCESSING FEE $10
NUMBER OF PERFORMANCES 3-4
MAX TICKET PRICE $6

CAFE
Successful Cafe Venue applicants will be scheduled at a Rogue Cafe venue in the heart of Fresno’s Tower District. A Café venue can seat no more than 50 audience members. The limited stage area will accommodate no more than 3 performers. Rogue Cafe performances are limited to no more than 45 minutes. A Café venue is perfect for the small act such as, solo-trio music, storytelling, standup, etc.

BYOV
A BYOV (Bring Your Own Venue) is a work that is submitted by a company that has found or created their own venue for their production. BYOV's may exceed the 60 minute time limit, run up to 10 performances during the the duration of the Festival and provides the artist with greater opportunities to introduce other disciplines such as full length platy, film, video, installations, site specific work etc.
